The new POWERING CITIZENS research report, developed by UNIVPM in collaboration with European partners under the CERV Programme, provides an in- depth analysis of energy poverty and energy democracy across six countries: Italy, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, Albania, and Kosovo.
Drawing on indicators from the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH), the study identifies key policy gaps, regional disparities, and best practices in tackling energy poverty and empowering citizens through community-based initiatives.
