Kledisa Çela is an environmental engineer and project management professional, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Environmental and Territorial Management Institute (ETMI) in Tirana. With a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, specialized in Energy, she has led and coordinated numerous projects focused on climate action, circular economy, waste management, and sustainable development. Her work is grounded in practical field experience, strong project planning skills, and a commitment to environmental protection through community engagement and innovation.
