Description:
The purpose of the project is to improve data governance and management within three municipalities in Albania through establishment of a cloud-based software solution by monitoring the environmental performance of municipalities and thus be a turning point for better policymaking.
The specific objectives of the project :
- Review the status of environmental data management at three pilot municipalities;
- Develop the cloud-based software with the group of experts,
- Increase information and capacities of local authorities on using the platform.
