Project Title: Monitoring of environmental performance through digitalizing of data in Kavaja, Divjaka and Roskovec Municipalities

Description:
The overall objective of the project is to assess the level of greenhouse gas emissions in the municipalities of Roskovec, Divjaka and Kavaja through innovative tools and to address measures for low carbon cities. This assessment will be achieved through the development of a software for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions according to a defined methodology / protocol.
The specific objectives of the project:
- Assessment and monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions according to a defined methodology, in the municipalities of Roskovec, Divjaka, Kavajë through the development of a software.
- Increasing the capacities of local institutions on the collection, analysis of data and their analysis.
- Preparing the local action plans for climate change for each of the municipalities.
- Development of pilot projects for the sectors with the highest impact on the emission of greenhouse gases.
