On 11 September 2026, within the framework of the project “BLOOM Initiative: Empowering communities with ‘Smartflower’ and sustainable energy solutions”, a training session for building administrators was held in Roskovec Municipality.

The training was delivered by Irisoft Education, combining technical knowledge with legal and administrative aspects related to building management.

During the sessions, participants were introduced to issues related to the technical maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, identification of faults, basic safety measures, and the administrator’s responsibilities regarding common areas and equipment.

Particular attention was also given to the legal framework, the rights and obligations of co-owners, the organization of the owners’ association, document management, and the management of relations with residents.

💬 At the end of the training, a question-and-discussion session was held, where participants had the opportunity to share experiences and discuss specific challenges arising from their day-to-day work.

🎓 At the conclusion of the activity, the participating administrators were awarded certificates in recognition of their participation and completion of the training.
