The project “Establishment of 5 Renewable Energy Communities in the Municipality of Përmet” aims to create five community-based renewable energy initiatives in the villages of Piskova, Pacomit, Kutal-Bodar, Qilarisht and Kaluth. The project responds to the high electricity costs of municipal irrigation pumps, which currently place a financial burden on both local farmers and the Municipality of Përmet.
