Meivis Struga is the founder of the Environmental and Territorial Management Institute (ETMI). He is an environmental engineer and senior consultant specializing in waste management, climate planning, and stakeholder engagement. With over a decade of experience across Albania and the Western Balkans, he has led and supported projects for organizations such as IUCN, the European Union, UNDP, and the World Bank. He holds a Master’s from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is pursuing a PhD in climate and energy planning at the Polytechnic University of Tirana.
