Ornest Saraci is a Project Manager at the Environmental and Territorial Management Institute (ETMI). He is non-formal education trainer with extensive experience in EU-funded initiatives, particularly Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens, and the European Youth Foundation. Since 2015, he has worked with the Environmental and Territorial Management Institute (ETMI) in Tirana, leading projects on youth development, circular economy, and environmental sustainability. Ornest has also collaborated with international organizations like Mine Vaganti NGO in Italy, focusing on educational tools, training formats, and intercultural learning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Rural Development from the Agricultural University of Tirana.
