The #JOINABLE project partners met in Greece on 26-27 August 2026, at the premises of the JOIST Innovation Park in Larissa. The meeting was hosted by the project partner Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) and organised in a hybrid format, with partners from Italy
and Montenegro
participating online.

Plastic waste collected during clean-up actions
is separated into recyclable and non-recyclable waste. The recyclable material is then further sorted according to polymer type.
At the same time, project partners will work on developing an Action Plan and a Strategy for the ADRION region
, aimed at improving circular plastic waste management
and protecting the marine and coastal environment.

The meeting in Larissa represents an important step towards strengthening cooperation
, coordinating joint activities, and transforming the projectโs results into practical and applicable solutions for the ADRION region.

The JOINABLE IPA ADRION project is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme.
