The overall project aims at establishing the first livestock feed pellet plant in Prrenjas Municipality in order to contribute to training and self-employment of 10 women farmers.

Specific objectives:

• Conduct a gender-based research on the use of pellets on family farms as a solution for agricultural waste management and livestock feed by women farmers.
• Train 10 women farmers in the technical and practical side of the pelleting process in order to convert agricultural waste into livestock feed.
• Promote the production plant and women entrepreneurs through market access and networking with the farming community for local supply.
