The “Local Climate Change Adaptation Plan for Shkodra Municipality” aims to equip one of Albania’s most climate-vulnerable municipalities with a comprehensive, evidence-based framework to manage current and future climate risks.The overall purpose of the plan is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of climate hazards affecting Shkodra Municipality, identify the specific vulnerabilities of key sectors such as health, infrastructure, the economy, agriculture, and natural ecosystems, and determine which groups and geographical areas are most at risk.
