The overall objective of the project is to assess the level of greenhouse gas emissions in the municipalities of Roskovec, Divjaka and Kavaja through innovative tools and to address measures for low carbon cities. This assessment will be achieved through the development of a software for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions according to a defined methodology / protocol.
