The municipality of Roskovec is composed of of 4 administrative units: Roskovec, Kuman, Kurjan and Strum. Agriculture is one of the most important sectors of production along with the services and construction sector as well as the main source of employment contributing to the level of about 20% of GDP, and approximately 50% of the total number of employees. The Covid-19 pandemic created many difficulties for the development of the agricultural sector and consequently negatively affected the economy of households that provide income from this sector. Overall goal of the project is to ensure the sustainable economic development of the agricultural sector at Roskovec Municipality, by supporting 40 farmers with agricultual seeds, to redurce the economic crises during COVID-19.
