During the workshop, participants reflected on the main findings from the first three workshops, including key needs identified among CSOs, knowledge gaps related to plastic litter monitoring and challenges in data reporting and analysis. The discussion also highlighted the role of CSOs in monitoring, reporting and advocacy.

A special focus was placed on cooperation and Citizen Science, exploring how citizens and young people can be more actively engaged in monitoring efforts and how this network can continue beyond the lifetime of the project.

Through group work and open discussion, participants shared practical recommendations for improving collaboration, strengthening policy monitoring, and advancing collective action against plastic pollution.
