Within the 3-day participatory activity with local youth in Vau i Dejës, the Neighbourhood Intervention Action Plan was developed as a key output.The document brings together the local context and existing conditions, the participatory methodology applied with young people, the findings of the SWOT analysis, and the three intervention proposals developed for the transformation of unused public spaces. It provides a structured framework for improving public spaces through recreational, cultural, ecological, economic and infrastructural interventions, while strengthening youth participation in local planning and decision-making.
