ETMI is looking for a consultant to develop a Local Action Plan for Addressing Energy Poverty in the municipalities of Selenicë and Memaliaj, under the EnerPower project.

The assignment will focus on translating local needs, project findings, and national policy priorities into practical and feasible measures to support vulnerable communities and strengthen local action on energy poverty.
